Who Made Pool Cue with Letter "M" Logo?

I recently found this pool cue with a letter "M" logo on the butt which I really like, but I don't know who made it.

I am curious if anyone know who the manufacturer might be?

   That's not a logo.

   That is "M" for medium weight. They also had "L" for light and "H" for heavy.

   This is a Valley brand cue.
