It looks to be the Brunswick Medalist cue from Brunswick's 1968 cue line. "Medalist" is the model name. I believe you have the "M" - medium weighted version.

MSRP at that time was $14.95.

The Brunswick part number from the brochure for the version of the Brunswick Medalist with the red wrap was "4-40-2" - Red but that number is meaningless now.

D,E,F. - MEDALIST - Attractive solid colors in the nylon wrapped grip area highlight these jointed cue favorites. Made of hardwood maple with new. precision-made brass joints, the Medalist cues also have trim vinyl bumpers. Regulation 57” length with a choice of light, medium. or heavy weights.

    4-40-1 Black
    4-40-2 Red 4-40-3 Green

    $14.95
