What Kind of Pool Stick is this 3-Piece Cue?

I need help to figure out what kind of pool cue stick this is. It is a 3-piece cue with an extra shaft.

There are no logos or brand names on the cue.

    It appears to be an inexpensive import cue.

    Perhaps imported and sold by Championship (D&R Industries) through big-box retailers, though they were (and are) imported under numerous brands.

    It would be worth somewhere between $5 and $20.
