I am having trouble with this one only because of the logo. According to the Viking cue archives, the only series which had a plain "Viking" logo (without the "USA" and without the surrounding oval) was the P series, but this cue isn't part of that.

Your exact model (apart from the logo version) was seen in the Viking Millennium series circa 1997-2004, as the Viking VM17-C pool cue (where the "C" represents the copper color). The Viking VM17 cue was available in 3 standard colors, and copper was one of them.

It's MSRP was $420, but online retailers commonly sold it for just under $300 at the time.

But again, the cues from the Viking "Millennium" series typically had a "USA" stamped under the word "Viking" - whereas yours does not.

Regardless, you can treat it as a Viking VM17-C in terms of model and value.
