Sneaky Pete Pool Cue Identification

I would like to identify this sneaky Pete pool cue.

It has a chrome-plated brass joint. I believe it is a plain 4-point Rosewood handle (I think), into a maple forearm. The shaft has the same black collar with windows.

It came from Japan but I don't know if that's where it was made.

The forearm of the cue has the same windows at bottom of joint.
