Players 153 Pool Cue Identification

Players 153 Pool Cue Identification

My father recently passed away and I am trying to identify his pool cues.

This one is a Players pool cue with the number "153" marked on the butt cap.

However, I do not know what model this Players cue is e.g. a Players what? Also looking for any info you can provide on the value of this Players 153 pool cue.

If anyone could assist, that would be fantastic.

This pool cue appears to be a Players JB-8 Jump Break Cue.

They are still available at retail (as of 2018-06-19) and are priced at around $89 e.g. at Billiard Warehouse, Seyberts, etc.

The "153" on the butt cap indicates the year and month that the cue was made. In your case, it was March of 2015.
