Older Crystal or Joss Pool Cue ID

Older Crystal or Joss Pool Cue ID

I am trying to identify this older pool cue on Let Go for $5, thrown in with a bed frame.

There are no markings, logos, or numbers on the cue anywhere. It came in a Crystal case, and looks like a Crystal or Joss, but I can't find a matching image online.

Any help would be great!

It's a Crystal import, for sure. Definitely not a Joss.

They imported many inexpensive cues, it is often difficult to find a match or exact model.

I would agree. The chipping faux-finish joint collar gives it away, if nothing else.

It is understandable that folks sometimes mis-identify them as a premium-brand cue though, as Crystal Leisure-imported cues were designed to mimic the styles of the popular/prominent pool cue makers.

I find that so much of the stuff coming over by the cheap cue importers or on Alibaba are knock-offs of designs from companies like Meucci, McDermott, Joss, and the other big names.

The joint collar is brass, and the joint pin is brass, which Joss never used. The workmanship and materials in general is below par for any good maker.
