   That is a Meucci HP-4 pool cue from the Meucci Hi-Pro line. These cues are from around 2002.

   The Hi-Pro pool cues retailed online for $340 in the beginning, and $440 retail near the end (though you could still get them for $340 online).

   $30 is a great deal for a Meucci Hi-Pro #4 cue if it rolls straight. Good find.
