Model Number of McDermott Cue by W. Spencer

What is the model number of this McDermott pool cue?

This cue features art showing a person shooting pool with a racked set of balls. The signature on the art is "W. Spencer".

I know nothing about this McDermott pool cue by W. Spencer, so could you please help me figure out the year, whether it is a retired model, and whether or not they are collectible cues?

    This is a McDermott E-I3 pool cue from the McDermott EI Series (that's "ei").

    It was launched in 1990 and retired in 1995. MSRP original price was $215 at the time.

    There isn't any collectible value in these cues above and beyond standard used cue prices. I see that one was for sale a while back in a classified ad for $175 in Texas.
