   This is from one of the Mali 386-Series editions. I am not positive on the edition year based on your photo. In general, the 386 series is from the 1995-1996 era.

   Your cue is the Mali 386-11 model pool cue.

   MSRP was $235 when they were still being made. Worth about the same today in 100% mint/perfect condition. Yours is far from that as it is pretty banged up. They aren't rare or particularly collectible in any way.

   Stylized gem Black-and-White inlays set the standard for this cue. Charcoal Maple and Ebony with stainless steel, quick-connect 5/16 x 14 joint with brass shaft insert. Black-with-White Fleck, hand pressed, 6-ply Irish Linen wrap.
