Model Identification and Year of a 1970s Viking Cue

I'm trying to find out the model and year of my Viking pool cue.

All I know is that it's from the 1970s and that my father had won it in a pool tournament.

I have been trying to find out the model and year of this cue for over 30 years with no luck.

It was my dad's cue and he has since passed away. It's the only thing of his that I cherish.

I would be greatly appreciated if you could help please.

   It appears to be a Viking X35 cue from the Viking "X" line, circa 1972.

   Original MSRP, at that time, was $35.

   That design was continued in subsequent lines up through the early 1990s.

   Here is the Viking X35 cue from the X series brochure from 1972. Sorry, I have no higher-quality images of that one.
