This is an Originals Meucci MO-1½ from the first Meucci catalog circa 1975. Your actual cue could have been made anywhere between that time and up through the 1980s.

It is the precursor model to what is now the Meucci M-1 sneaky pete cue.

It still has the original smaller rubber bumper, which is great. They often dried up and cracked, and usually got replaced with Meucci's newer, wider, flat-style bumper.

The Meucci Originals MO-1.5 model is the MO-1 but with a wrap. MSRP was $58 (or $48) without the wrap (p.s. am I crazy or is that a ~20% increase in a cue's price just for the wrap?)

Here it is shown in the 1975 Meucci Originals brochure (without the wrap)
