    Wow. Great cue. Not sure which model it is.

    A very similar design (but not exact) was in the 1984(ish) Josswest brochure that can be found all over the net. It was cue #17, with a retail price of $500 at the time (incl. shipping).

    17 - Ebony veneer, oval inlays. .......... 500.00

    I have no idea of it's value today, but they're highly sought-after. Get an opinion from someone familiar with today's market for this specific brand of cues.

    ...but as I said, this isn't identical, it's an earlier version of the one you posted. Notice the circular inlays are solid in the older ones from this catalog:
