Yes it is definitely a Dufferin crown cue.
The shafts has the distinctive "C" with a "D" inside of it, which means it's a Canadian-made Dufferin cue.
These Dufferin Crown cues are getting harder to find. I have an ebony version and a regular maple version. I purchased my two from someone selling them in Canada. I haven't seen many of these in the United States for sale.
