Is this a Balabushka Cue?

Is this a Balabushka pool cue? I just bought this cue at yard sale came with 2 shafts and a nice vintage leather case.

    Nice find. It looks a bit like a Gus Szamboti 4-window cue, but yours has that extra ring where the forearm meets the wrap that most Szamboti cues don't have.

    Here are a couple that your cue reminded me of:

    I didn't know it looked like a Szamboti cue but I found a Szamboti that looks very similar.

    It was in an old house that got torn down... I really want to know who made it.
