   It's a junk import cue, and isn't worth more than it's utility value (e.g. $20 or less).

   It's not really worth the time to investigate further.

   Search "4 piece pool cue" or "5 piece pool cue" on this site, and you'll see many other question on the same or similar cues. They're a dime a dozen.
