   You have what appears to be a Mali 386-14 cue from the Mali 386 series, circa 1992-1994.

   

   From the Mali 386 brochure:

   Mali 386-14 Cue

   Rich birdseye maple enhanced with striking white framed inlays. Color co-ordinated 6-ply Irish Linen wrap with mirror finish polished stainless steel joint. Stainless steel joint pin with brass 5/16 x 14 shaft insert. Features that meet and exceed professional standards.
