I purchased this D. Taylor custom cue from a friend and I am looking to get some info on it.

Looking to know more about who made it, and a value for how much it is worth.

   You're asking "who made it, and what is it's value". The answer to the first part is literally marked on the cue.

   Cue maker would be "D. Taylor" (though I don't recognize that name). It appears to have been made in Feb 2020.

   Since it's obviously not that old, why not ask your friend where he got the pool cue? Often with smaller custom cue makers, the state or region makes it WAY easier to narrow down. Given that I can't see the whole cue, that's where you need to start.
