Identifying an Unlabeled Cue

I would appreciate help identifying the manufacturer or maker, the model, and year of this pool cue.

There are no names, letters, or numbers anywhere on the butt or shaft.

The joint pin is 5/16x18 and the weight bolt is 3/8x16.

    I have seen this model before. Not sure where. Maybe eBay.

    To me it has pretty clear features of an Asian import cue.

    FWIW, I think it's a pretty cool cue.
