Identify Windowed Pool Cue with the Word "Professional"

Does anyone know what kind of pool cue this is?

It has a windowed area on the butt sleeve and inside of that, it says "Professional".

    It appears to be an inexpensive knock-off of a Palmer cue (from the now-defunct Palmer Cue co of NY).
