What Viking cue model is it and how much is it worth?

   I think it is from the Viking D or C series.

   It is a fairly plain / low-end Viking sneaky pete-style design which has had many model numbers over the years as it was "rolled over" into new lines and series (but over time, more or less, it's the same cue).

   Here are a few of the more recent iterations:

   2013 - Viking V117K Cue (Natural)

   

   2018 Viking A351 Cue

   

   Yours is probably a slightly earlier version, but more or less the same cue.

   MSRP for these latest two is around $350 give or take.
