Identify Unmarked Unnamed Pool Cue

I'm trying to identify this unmarked and unnamed pool cue.

The cue was given to me by my father. He was one of the top senior players in the US. It is 60" long. 30" shaft, 30" butt.

Any ideas?

    Inexpensive cue from PI.

    Something like Worx, but there have been numerous brands.
