Identify Unmarked Cue with "Take Apart Construction"

Identify Unmarked Cue with "Take Apart Construction"

I picked up this "vintage" pool cue today for $35. I haven't been able to find anything like it online. The sticker says "Take Apart Construction".

The lady I bought it from said she thought it was a real ivory inlay, and all of the designs are inlaid and the joint is brass. There are no markings on the stick.

Any ideas on what kind of pool cue this may be?

This is a cheap import cue from a company called Ajay, which was a large importer of Asian-made billiard products that sold to mass retailers like K-Mart.

It wouldn't definitely not be ivory. The wood used in their cues was generally of poor quality.

It has no collectible value, and it is worth about exactly what you paid.
