Identify this Ivory Mali Pool Cue?

My dad traded away a Centipede arcade game and got this Mali pure ivory cue along with $200.

He no longer wants this and I don't get the chance to play pool all that often.

I was just wondering if anyone could help me identify this cue and how much it would be worth if I sold it?

It is in very good condition as well.

Also, where would I even begin to look to sell this?
