   Hard to tell from the one blurry picture, but it's probably a Mali 386-3 pool cue or something close. Was also marketed as the Mali "Traditional Series" Mali-3 pool cue. Yours looks exactly like it with slightly different color wood.

   It's a blue-book "level 2" cue... nothing special at all.

   Made in the mid-1990s. Value - depends on the marked and the condition of the pool cue, likely under $100, but again, impossible to tell without knowing with 100% certainty the model number, where you are located, and the exact condition of the cue.

   I am in the Tampa, FL area. The pool cue is in good condition, as I have had it redone few times. I think it is older, like maybe from the 1980s. That's is when I thought I got it.
