Identify Schmelke Sneaky Pete Cue

Identify Schmelke Sneaky Pete Cue

I acquired this Schmelke sneaky recently and have some questions;

It is an old Schmelke cue in a Palmer case.

The person i got it from said her father had it for at least 45 years.

It is a beautiful cue.

The wood is amazing.

It is straight as an arrow and appears to have pro taper.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Looks like a Schmelke A4 (1987-1991) or Schmelke R1 (1992-1995) sneaky pete cue.

    I realize that doesn't match your information that it is "45-year-old", but in my experience, people tend over-inflate age (not on purpose, I think it's human nature).

    If you want to sell the Palmer cue case, send me an email at jfishbein@snet.net

    Thanks,
