    It is a lower-end cue from the RCH-VIP series. It's one of the lower cues in the line, either a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 - each of which have the plain butt-sleeve. They only differ in color as far as I know. Your photos aren't clear enough to say which one for sure.

    Regardless, those first 5 cues in the series are all valued about the same anyway.

    It's banged up, so that detracts from the price as well. A collector would likely want to factor in between $200 and $300 for a proper re-finish.

    I'd put it in the $200 to $400 ballpark depending on all kinds of factors like number of straight matching shafts, overall condition, location, others for sale in the market, etc.
