Identify "Porper" Cue Models and Value
I need some help to identify 3 "porper" pool cues that I found in my basement. I don't play pool so might sell them, but I need to know how much they are worth.
The only logo on the cue is the word "Porper" on the butt.

These are some really nice examples of Joe Porper cues, from his company, "Joe Porper's Creative Inventions" based out of California, USA.
Apparently he used this style of
porper
logo from between 1985 and 1994.It is possible the exact completion date and serial number can be found on an "identification plate" found under the rubber bumper (it should just pull out). If you find it, can you upload a clear photo of it?
It'll also help identify it if we know exactly what type of joint pin they have. Is it a 5/16X18 pin (with 18 standard threads) or a radial pin (which have much wider-spaced threads)?
Apparently he made about 100 cues per year, as of about 2005.
These are probably the best and/or most valuable of all of the pool cues you posted today. Brand new, they might have been anywhere from around $700 USD to $1500 USD.

I found no license plate or serial number on the Porper cues.
See photos. I also took a photo of the joint pin threads.

Did you sell your Porper cues?
If not I may be interested in the last one.

You can reach out to me via Email if this is OK for you.
