   It is a Huebler "Meucci Custom QB-8" pool cue from the Meucci Custom Cues line, circa early 1970s.

   This line was designed and made by Bob Meucci (of Meucci Cue fame) when he was working for Huebler for a while before starting Meucci Originals.
