Can anyone identify this pool cue with a gecko on the butt sleeve and the date "Oct 07" on the butt cap?

   It's definitely a McDermott cue.

   That gecko design, and the style of rubber bumper it has are both distinctly McDermott.

   I don't know what that "Oct 07" inscription is all about though. Might be worth reaching out to McDermott.

   McDermott's M-Series has three or so gecko designs, but they were made from between 2001 and 2005, and are obviously a bit different anyway. The gecko on your cue is fancier, and faces the other way.
