   Can't identify the cue if I can't see the whole thing.

   It's probably a 1970's Viking W-55 cue from the Viking W Series.

   Hard to be sure from the 10% of the cue you've shown us.

   More likely a Viking W35 cue I think.

   I dismissed the W35 model because it appears to have those two silver rings, whereas the cue pictured above does not, just like the Viking W55 model.
