Identify Model, Value, and Age of Meucci Originals Cue

Identify Model, Value, and Age of Meucci Originals Cue

I am trying to figure out the model, value, and age of this Meucci Originals pool cue.

My friend thinks it’s high end but I disagree.

Can anyone help?

I need a butt for it.

Any knowledge or help would be appreciated.

It looks to be a Meucci Originals MO-1 pool cue. It would be from somewhere in the 1970s to early 1980s range.

Hard to tell without knowing which style of rubber bumper it had, and what material the joint pin is made from, it's hard to date it more precisely.

It first glance, I would say it's a MO-1, but appears to be a later version.

It doesn't appear to be made from Bocote wood which is what the original cue is made of.

It also appears to have a clear coated wrap which wasn't done until the 80's.
