Identify Cue with 8-Ball Logo on Butt

I am trying to identify this pool cue with an 8-ball logo on the butt sleeve. Does anyone know anything about it?

To identify the pool cue, it would help to know what's on the rest of the label.

However, it's a low-end cue and isn't worth anything more than it's utility value. It would be worth something less than $25.
