Identify an Unmarked Pool Cue with no Logo, Name, etc.

Can you help me to ID this pool cue stick, please?

I know nothing about it except that it has a snooker style shaft on it.

I just "inherited" this pool cue stick, and would love to know anything about it. I can not find any markings on the cue at all!

The butt cap is plastic (not ivory)—I have already tested it.

I would love to know the brand and manufacture date.

    To me, it Looks like one of the Japanese ADAM Rambow tribute cues.

    You may want to start your search there.
