Identify an Old Unbranded 21oz Pool Cue

I was helping my grandpa clean out his attic, and he was about to toss this pool cue.

I thought it looked pretty neat, but there does not appear to be a brand or manufacturer name anywhere.

Does anyone recognize it or have an idea as to the brand or it's value?

It appears to be a low-quality, low-end import cue with little-to-no monetary value as a collectible or playing cue.

Always good to check though.
