Identify a Pool Cue, Possibly a Rich Q?

My dad gave me this pool cue 45 years ago when I first started cleaning pool tables and ashtrays at a pool hall.

Any help you can give in identifying it would be great.

Something tells me it might be a Rich Q pool cue, but I am not sure.
