   I couldn't find this in the Lucky Cue catalogs, so I reached out to McDermott Cue for identification.

   Here's the response:

   This Lucky cue was sold as part of a kit. The kit number was LK8A, and it appeared in the 2009 catalog. The kit sold for $89.95 USD
