Identify a BMC Pool Cue with SS Joint Collar

Can you provide any information on this BMC cue?

Is it real?

It has a stainless steel joint collar and the pro pivot joint.

    It's a counterfeit BMC cue.

    • The design is clearly a water transfer or decal of some kind. Meucci doesn't, and has never used those on any of their cues, including those from the BMC lines.
    • Cues from Meucci and BMC would have been clear-coated over the logo, preventing it from rubbing off as the logo on that cue has.
    • Meucci has never used that exact version of the logo on any of their cues. Specifically, their cues never had the "Cues" part of the logo. It was only "BMC".
    • The font used on actual BMC cues is heavier/thicker than that used on the cue in your photos.
    • Last but not least, there has never been a BMC cue produced having this design.

This one is particularly sad because it doesn't even try to mimic one of BMC's designs. They just slapped the logo on a random design.

I have a lot of experience with BMC Cues, their features, and the styles their lines have offered over the years and since the brand's beginnings.

I can say with certainty this isn't a legitimate cue from that brand.
