Identify a 4-Piece Pool Cue?

Since you helped identify my other pool cue so quickly, I am wondering if anyone help me identify this 4-piece cue?

I am trying to identify the cue maker of this 4-piece pool cue. I’m wondering what brand it is or who the cue maker is. There are no brands, markings, or insignia on it anywhere. All I know is that it was my Grandfather's cue.

It comes apart into 4 pieces and has removable weights.

    I am not 100% sure on this one, but these are/were typically inexpensive and low-quality import cues.

    If you look on eBay right now there are a number in this same exact configuration (styles differ) and most usually list at between $25 and $50 USD (and many never sell).
