   This is a one-piece Joss sneaky-pete style cue from the mid-late 1990s e.g. 1995-ish. I'll reach out to my Joss contacts later today when I have more time to try to get a model number and more specifics.

   It's a lowest-end Joss cue, but would be generally considered a decent cue.

   Value would be low - Under $100 I believe.
