ID Yellow Pool Cue from Late 1970s or Early 1980s

Can anyone identify this cue stick from the late 1970s or early 1980s?

It was my brothers, and he bought it 40+ years ago.

   It appears to be a low-end import cue.

   Are there any other markings on the cue besides that weight sticker on the butt cap?

   It has characteristics that look like certain Viking cues, but it's not one of their models and doesn't appear to be of a quality you would get from Viking.

   It might help to see clear photos of the entire cue, including the joint pin and insert.
