   I don't have this exact model in my Mali Cue catalogs, but it appears very similar to a Mali T-6 cue from the Mali Trophy series.

   It is from the 1980s based on the logo style and color.

   Here's a green-stained Mali T-6 cue with a wrap. It is basically the same cue, just wrapped and stained differently.
