ID Pool Cue with Aluminum Crest Logo and Weight Sticker

Can anyone help identify this pool cue with an aluminum emblem?

It has a weight sticker near the butt, and an almost-star-shaped emblem which I assume had the brand or manufacturer logo or name at some point.

Does anyone know the manufacturer of the pool cue, or the brand, or any other info about it?

   A few questions that I can't answer from the photo of the pool cue:

   • Can you make out any of what would have originally been on that crest?
   • What are the stamped initials in the forearm and shaft near the joint?
