   Sadly there are so many one-off Filipino makers that unmarked cues are almost impossible to identify.

   They all tend to use chunky radial joints, lots of inlays of varying quality, and a mishmash of woods and materials.

   Did you look under the bumper for any penciled-in marks?

   Sometimes they also sign under the wrap, which if you're not changing the wrap anytime soon does not help.
