ID Old Pool Cue that Looks Like Meucci 95-17

What kind of pool cue is this?

Looked into Meucci cues and see similar ones (e.g. 95-17) but they aren't identical.

Looked at Brunswick cues, National cues (because it has the National Tournament Chalk in the case), and others, and can't find it.

   The butt sleeve design is only somewhat similar to the Meucci 95-17 cue. Not identical.

   It is definitely not a Meucci cue nor is it a Brunswick cue.

   I do see what looks like a screw-on pool cue tip in that cue case as well. That helps narrow it down, but I still can't place it.

   The design on the butt sleeve appears to be a decal and not actually inlaid into the cue. It is likely a cheap import cue not worth much.
