ID Old Cue with Brass Pin

Trying to get more info about this cue. It has a brass pin.

I was told it's an old Viking cue but I am not sure.

   I don't recognize the cue off hand, but I am 99% sure that it isn't a Viking cue.

   Are there any markings on or under the rubber bumper?

   Anything else you can tell us about it?
