   It is a low-quality inexpensive pool cue.

   It would have retailed for between $25 and $50, give-or-take, when brand new.

   In used condition, it's literally worth almost nothing (e.g. $5 dollar garage sale special).

   There are multiple factories in Japan and other countries which offer this model in their economy range, to any buyer who wants to import by the 1000s under their own brand.
