ID Lucasi Hybrid Cue Model Name, Age, and Original Price

Can anyone tell me the model of this Lucasi cue?

The logo on the butt says "Lucasi Hybrid" and it has the number "1511" opposite to that logo.

I would also like to know when it was made and what the original price was.

   It is a Lucasi LFH69 pool cue model.

   This model debuted in 2010-2011, but yours appears to have been in a production run that was completed in November 2015 (based on the date code 1511 on your cue).

   The original MSRP (2011) was $999, but most online retailers priced the Lucasi Hybrid LHF69 cue at $799 USD. In 2015 when yours was from, retailers had the model priced at around $850 USD.
