ID Lucasi Cue Circa 2000-2001

Can anyone help me find out information on my Lucasi cue?

We bought it almost 20 years ago. A local pool room hosted the Lucasi 9 Ball World Championship and they were given it for hosting so they put it up for sale.

Periodically I've tried to find information about the cue and have not been successful so I figured I'd reach out for help.

    I sent a note to Lucasi asking for help. Their reply:

    It is a Lucasi L-E24 cue from 2003
