Can anyone help me to identify this Halex pool cue?

It has a stainless steel joint collar and a graphite shaft.

The logo says "Halex" with 4 stars below it.

I am looking for the model number, the age, and anything else you can tell me about the pool cue.

They're a lower-end pool cue and not worth much.

Halex is a mass-marketing sporting good brand, and pool cues is just one of the areas in which they do business.

Their stuff was widely sold in big-box stores (Kmart, Walmart, Sears) from roughly the 1980s to the 2000s.

They would have retailed between $30 and $100, give or take, and worth well below that in used condition.
